
This is a one off FREE taster in Chair exercise to keep you moving and strengthen the body.
These classes are designed for those who want to keep exercising but feel uncomfortable standing. Chair yoga has been a recognised form of exercise since the early 1980s and this course will reap the advantages of this way of staying fit for the whole body - from head to toe! We will stretch, improve circulation, and we will become stronger. We will extend the basis of chair yoga by adding in resistance bands exercise help increase further our muscle strength, especially in our arms and legs.
